For the small badge text (currently "3 Months"), I'd keep it short rather than switch to "Lasts 3 Months" — the badge works better as a quick label, not a sentence, especially next to the other two which already read as short badges ("6 Months", "9 Months"). Keeping them parallel matters more than adding the verb.

If you do want it to read as a phrase rather than just a duration label, the correct grammar would be:

  • "Last 3 months"  "Lasts 3 months" (needs the -s, since "it" is the subject: the filter lasts 3 months)

But I'd actually recommend leaving it as just "3 Months" in the badge, since you already have "Lasts Up To 3 Months" stated clearly as one of the 4 feature bullets above the price box. Repeating "Lasts" in the badge too is redundant, the badge's job is just to let someone scan the three tiers and instantly see 3 / 6 / 9 months, without re-reading a sentence each time.
